Practical Integration with Living Yoga Dallas

I had a wonderful time this past weekend presenting a new seminar "Practical Integration - Bringing Yoga to Life" to a lovely group at the Sammons Center for Arts in Dallas, TX.

A special thanks to Kendall Inman founder of Living Yoga Dallas for all of her hard work sponsoring a terrific event.


I also had the pleasure of speaking to a group known as the "Yoga Underground" at their home studio TSADA Yoga about connecting the dots of their yoga practice and their daily lives. The evening was capped off with chai and other refreshments. Thank you Barb and Chinnok for your wonderful hospitality this past Sunday evening.
