Recipes are Arriving ... Hummus anyone?
The Revolution contains many delicious recipes and readers are sending me more recipes. Michelle from Texas just sent me her favorite Hummus recipe and it is great!

Here is Michelle's contribution:
Hummus
15 oz can organic chick peas, drained and rinsed
3-4 TBSPs tahini (sesame butter)
2 cloves garlic, peeled & finely chopped
3-5 TBSPs olive oil, to taste
Juice of one lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
optional additions:
-1 finely chopped green onion
-1 TBSP chopped fresh parsley
-handful of chopped spinach
Blend above ingredients in a food processor, blender or in a bowl with a potato masher. Add enough oil to make the hummus spreadable but not dry. Hummus can be used for sandwiches or dip. Red peppers and apples taste great with hummus spread!
