Recipes are Arriving ... Hummus anyone?

The Revolution contains many delicious recipes and readers are sending me more recipes. Michelle from Texas just sent me her favorite Hummus recipe and it is great!

Here is Michelle's contribution:

Hummus
15 oz can organic chick peas, drained and rinsed
3-4 TBSPs tahini (sesame butter)
2 cloves garlic, peeled & finely chopped
3-5 TBSPs olive oil, to taste
Juice of one lemon
Salt & pepper to taste

optional additions:
-1 finely chopped green onion
-1 TBSP chopped fresh parsley
-handful of chopped spinach

Blend above ingredients in a food processor, blender or in a bowl with a potato masher. Add enough oil to make the hummus spreadable but not dry. Hummus can be used for sandwiches or dip. Red peppers and apples taste great with hummus spread!

Resolutions and Revolutions -- the Happy kind

New Year’s Resolutions – game on!

The game is afoot. All of us are trying to live better as we fulfill our unspoken promises drafted in the holiday spirit.

My friends tell me that this year is going to be different. That this is gonna be their year! I dare not say that I have heard it before, but between you and me, “I have heard it before.”

I am not being negative or doubtful of their efforts or mine, I only know that if your entire lifestyle and physiology is not supportive of your goals, then success will come much more slowly.

This year I hope my new book will help everyone succeed with their dreams and goals. For it is laden with the strategies and algorithms to help you become happier and healthier. Happy folks are much more successful at attaining their goals, thus I feel confident that it will help you succeed with your new goals. The electronic edition of my book still available free online for a little while longer.
