Blair Returns to Dallas, TX - This Weekend!

Dear Friends,

I am very excited to report my return to Dallas this weekend, March 2, 3, and 4. We will have food and fun for a three day seminar pertaining to “The Happiness Diet”.

Come for food, fellowship, and some great information on how you can be happier with subtle changes to your diet. Learn how diet affects overall well being, and simple hints and tricks to improve overall health and happiness. We will have meal samples and beverages too. I also hear that there is a Yoga class on Friday night!

I hope to see all of my friends from Dallas and some new faces too!

FRI, SAT & SUN (MAR 2, 3 & 4)

FRIDAY, MARCH 2nd

6 to 7 PM Yoga Class (All levels ~especially beginners!) 7 to 9 PM Conversations w/ Blair, an introduction to his new book “The Happiness Revolution” & an emphasis on The Happiness Diet ~ Demonstration of ‘how to’ of hot, cleansing lemon drinks & delicious healthy snacks that we all get to share!

SATURDAY, MARCH 3rd

5 to 8 PM Enjoy Blair’s continued revelations from “The Happiness Revolution” and share a delicious second step of The Happiness Diet ~ Vegetarian Stir-Fry demo and a shared meal w/ hot healthy drinks!

SUNDAY, MARCH 4th

10 AM to 1 PM More on The Happiness Diet and further conversations w/Blair from “The Happiness Revolution” ~ Learn to prepare healthy bran breakfast muffins and enjoy them with homemade chai tea!
