Saturday SESSION 1

The Happiness Revolution: 10:00am - 12:30pm

  • It is time for a revolution
  • What would happen if you designed your life around the goal of happiness for you and your family?
An introduction to the life and lifestyle that is the very promise of yoga science. You will not get any more or less freedom after death, then what you have achieved in life. This weekend learn how to live a great life and connect to the true source of happiness within you.


Connecting the Dots in Your Life -- Yoga off the Mat and into the Heart
  • The 5 principles of living with purpose
  • The 5 daily observances of living with purpose
Patanjali, the Codifier of the Yoga Sutras, left us a textbook on how to connect all the parts of our life into a beautiful mala (necklace). Learn the very thread (sutra) of yoga and re-weave your life. This is a "bring your spouse, co-worker, teenagers and parents" special event!


SESSION 2

The Happiness Diet: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
  • Foods and moods (the real "happy meal")
  • Food as pharmacy/therapy
  • Bio-food-back
The yogic diet is pure psychiatry. It is the nutrition of both happiness and courage. It is not anti-meat, nor anti-booze, but rather it is pro-happiness and pro-self understanding. The palate can be one of the fastest pathways to lasting joy and endurance. When you learn the dynamics of food, then it becomes easy to choose healthier options for yourself and your family.
Once you are drinking and dining for optimal insight, then learning the science of self-reflection is a must! On Sunday, Blair continues with the methodology of meditation and self-understanding to lead you to the summit - self-realization.


Sunday SESSION 1

Unveiling the Mind, Expanding the Conscience: 10:00am - 12:30pm
  • Meditation: a life of balance and harmony
  • Acquiring a joyful mind
  • Effective filters to protect the mind and succeed in life
Today people seek happiness without knowing anything about the nature of the mind, the capacity of the mind, nor the structure of the mind. They want a clear, calm and tranquil mind, but too much of the mind is unknown.
Yoga science is a philosophy, a psychology and a science of how to create a union between the individual mind and one's conscience. This union, this yoga, is the path to happiness and meditation is the key.

SESSION 2

Tantric Pranayama - Pain, Prana and Pleasure: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
  • Creating more space for happiness
  • Self-expansion and Pranayama
  • Filling your day with happiness
  • Tantric time management
Space is the final frontier. To create and have access to more space in your life is the ultimate solution to stress. Life should not be consumed by the same unpleasant thought or habit over and over again. To expand your world is to experience a higher reality.
