Relaxing Inward

Relaxation is our natural state. When the mind is quiet, one is able to hear the body’s internal wisdom. Get to know yourself using self observation techniques, discover your body’s own ability to rejuvenate and heal and explore new tools for managing stress and tension.
You will receive instruction and guidance on techniques of breath awareness, relaxation and quieting the mind. Class may also include some gentle stretching.

This is a class on how to feel better and to continue feeling better using your home kitchen as a pharmacy for your emotions. You will learn how to maximize the positive effects of food on your moods and emotions.
