Knowledge of muscle anatomy enables simple stretches to become effective tools for muscle relaxation and stress reduction. Explore firsthand the benefits of prolonged deep stretching. We will develop an easy effective stretching program to target the main muscle groups that store the most tension. Come enjoy the science of stretching.
