Our approach is preventive and educational. We address the core issues of health and happiness – nutrition, stress-management and lifestyle choices. There are many systems of health-care that can eliminate a problem. We are interested in preventing and resolving problems so that you can get well and stay well. It is a slower, more thoughtful approach that requires your full participation and understanding.
We know that the misery that has not yet come, can be prevented by self-effort. Carelessness is the main problem that we all suffer from. Learning to pay attention to our innermost needs and relationships is vital to health and healing. We all need to learn how to relax, to breath, to eat, to rest, to play and to work in a healthy, sustainable way. This is what we teach in a most fun and refreshing manner. This is where yoga science, ayurveda and integrative medicine become superior options and methodologies for healing.
