Blair is a physician assistant specializing in preventative medicine
and the holistic treatment of chronic disease from a wellness perspective.
He has practiced holistic medicine, consisting of classical homeopathy,
ayurveda, nutrition, and craniosacral therapy, for over twenty-five
years.

and other empowering articles www.BlairLewis.com. Blair is the
creator and spiritual director of the Alive and Healthy Institute
in Bethany, Pennsylvania and the co-founder of the Blue Sky Educational
Foundation, providing holistic training and therapies in three
major cities in Wisconsin.
A graduate of both the National Center for Homeopathy and the
International Foundation for Homeopathy, Blair is the author of
several books including Happiness: The Real Medicine
and How it Works , The
Happiness Revolution, The Happiness Workbook,
several e-books titled Meditation:
The Inward Journey, Meditation: The Heart
of the Meditator, and The Five Master Rejuvenation
Herbs,
as well as co-author
of Homeopathic Remedies for Health Professionals
and Laypeople. A graduate of Indiana University and
the Physician Assistant Program at Lake Erie College and the Cleveland
Clinic Foundation, he has also studied in Europe, Greece, and India.
His training in ayurveda and natural medicines continues in the
Himalayan region of Uttar Pradesh and with the Himalayan Institute
in the United States. Blair completed his training in osteopathic
manipulation at Michigan State University. An enthusiastic teacher,
Blair lectures nationally and abroad.
